Bruce Lamont Waller Sr. is a license and ordained Pastor & Prophet to speak to the local body and nation. Signs and wonders follow his ministry. The name of the ministry is called Spirit and in Truth Prophetic Ministries. Flowing in accurate  prophecy over the years, he has confirmed the mantle rest on his shoulders that he is  a true Prophet of God for over the past 19 years. He is married to First Lady Cynthia Waller who is also ordained; She is his partner in ministry and in marriage. They have a total of 7 children that are gifted and talented in their own right.

Dr. Waller  is an  Electronic Musician, Record Producer, Radio  Program Operator, Song Writer. His College degrees are from ITT Technical Institute Associate & ECPI University Degree in Multimedia & Computer Network Systems and working on his Bachelor Cyber Security. He Was a former member of the R&B group The Wallers' out of Richmond, Virginia for over 15 years. He was for 2 terms the Chaplin for the Gospel Announcer's Guild for the State of Virginia.
